Terms of use

The site

This is a personal portfolio. Content describes my work, services, and experience. It is provided for information so you can decide whether to get in touch. It is not a binding offer, quote, or statement of current availability except as shown on the booking page at the time you load it.

Intro calls

The booking form lets you request a short Google Meet intro on the terms shown on that page (duration, hours, timezone). Submitting a request does not create a consulting, employment, or product engagement. Paid work, if any, happens only under a separate written agreement.

A confirmed slot depends on calendar availability. I may cancel or reschedule if needed (for example a conflict, outage, or suspected spam). You may cancel by emailing me before the call. Do not share the Meet link publicly.

Your details

You must provide accurate contact details and only book for yourself (or with authority to book for your organisation). Do not use the form to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. Automated or bulk booking attempts are not allowed.

How booking information is handled is described in the privacy policy. You should read that policy before you submit the form.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, logos, and case-study text are owned by me or used with permission. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or reuse brand assets as your own without written permission.

Project names and marks of clients or products mentioned here remain their owners’ property. Some work is described at a high level only; internals are not licensed to you by appearing on this site.

Third-party services

Booking uses Google Calendar, Google Meet, email delivery, and AWS hosting. Those services have their own terms. Outages or limits on their side can affect slots, invites, or email.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided as is. I do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or that every project description remains current. Intro conversations are exploratory and are not professional advice you should rely on without a later engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a cancelled or missed intro call. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

I may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the latest revision. If you do not agree, do not use the booking form.
